Immediate and Proposed plans

IMMEDIATE PLAN

Immediate plan

The plan (right) shows work which can proceed immediately after the war. The buildings and sites marked black are either historically interesting or recently erected, and for this reason it is proposed that they shall remain. The areas tinted show new work which is proposed after the necessary demolition and site clearance has taken place. Much of this area is already scheduled for slum clearance.
